RayShawn and Avery recently planned their destination wedding at Elizabeth Park in West Hartford, Ct. The couple wanted to come to New England to see our famous Lighthouses and to legally join their lives in marriage. It was a beautiful day, with an abundance of sunshine, roses and love. Shortly after the ceremony, we all received the news that DOMA had been struck down. It was a wonderful wedding present.
I was so very happy to read their review on Wedding Wire:
“My partner and I were married on June 26, 2013 in Beautiful Elizabeth Park of West Hartford, CT. From our very first phone call to Elisa, we were pleased with her ease, politeness and openness to answer any questions about her services. There were other officiants that we called, but no one compared to her availability, pricing, personality and communication. Elisa was a very good listener who was always there to hear our ideas, as well as offer a few of her own. She was available via phone and email communication whenever we had a question. We connected with her on a level that was ‘just right’ for what we envisioned. Elisa of Tapestry Ceremonies is the ‘GO-TO’ girl for CT weddings. Our wedding ceremony would not have been what it was without Elisa and her craft. We wish much success to you, your vision, your business and any endeavor that may come your way.”
At Tapestry Ceremonies, we are the only certified Gay Marriage Officiants in Ct approved by White Know, Purple Unions and 6 Stories.
Thank you so very much for all of your help. You gave us the opportunity to have the wedding we wanted that raised the stakes to where they needed to be. You provided the route from anxiety to demonstration of affection. We cannot demonstrate enough gratitude.
